Welcome to AAMHO, the Arizona Association of Manufactured Home and RV Owners!

Since 1987, AAMHO has been fighting for the rights of manufactured home owners living in mobile home parks throughout the state. We are a non-profit organization representing manufactured/mobile home, park model, and RV owners at all levels of government – City, State and Federal.  It fought for the creation of the Landlord and Tenant Act, which gives manufactured home owner rights, and protection from abusive landlords.  It helped codify laws making 55+ mobile home parks possible, secured laws against retaliation by landlords, fought for rent control and helped create a relocation fund.  For more information, check out our Frequently Asked Questions (click here).
