1. What is AAMHO?

The Arizona Association of Manufacture Homes and RV Owners is a state wide non-profit organization representing Manufactured Home, Park Models, and RV Owners at all levels of government City, State and Federal.

2. What is the purpose of AAMHO?

Our mission shall be to protect, preserve, and improve the welfare, rights, and benefits of its members and to educate and enlighten the public to these purposes.

3. How does AAMHO accomplish it’s purpose?

AAMHO is recognized as the manufactured home owners, RV owners and park model owners main representative by the State Legislature and Administration. Much of the critical work is accompanied by lobbying for our interest in the State Legislature.

4. How are Individual Represented?

Manufactured Home Communities and RV parks are grouped into eight geographical districts though-out the State. Each district has a District Director and at least one Associate Director serving on the AAMHO Board of Directors. AAMHO members living in these communities and parks form AAMHO Charters and elect officers to help assure that the rights of the residents under the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Landlord Tenant Act and the Recreation Vehicle Long term Space Act are secure. All these people are volunteers.

5. Where is AAMHO Located?

AAMHO owns and maintains office space at 2334 S. McClintock Drive, Tempe, Az, 85282. The staff consists of two full time employees and one Lobbyist. All other personnel are volunteers.

6. Why Join AAMHO?

There are strength in numbers. As a large group AAMHO can do something. Before AAMHO you had few rights. It is only through AAMHO’s legislative efforts that you now enjoy the powerful manufactured home owner’s “Bill of rights” -Officially titled “Arizona Mobile Home Park Residential Landlord and Tenant Act”. Now you enjoy vigorous legal protection against all manner of injustice, mistreatment, inequity and discrimination.
