In the Fall of 2025, AAMHO held 8 "Listening Sessions" around the state to prepare for the upcoming Arizona Legislative Session. The three top priorities were rent increases, utility delivery/outages and charges and fair and equal enforcement of Park Rules and Regulations. AAMHO hired a new Legislative Liaison, Elise Kulik, who was willing to work with us in the future on rent issues, and pledged to work with other AZ nonprofits to work on some utility bills, as well as with MHCA on a bill expanding manager training to RV Park Managers. Monthly AAMHO board meetings are held via Zoom or occasionally in person.
Annual AAMHO Members Meeting is usually held in March.
