AAMHO is happy to announce that we have resumed holding our Managers’ Certification Class for Community Managers, Assistant Managers and office personnel who need certification either first time or renewing. The class in February 2026 will be held at Swan Lake Estates in Tucson on February 20th from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The class will include both the AZ Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (LTA) and the Fair Housing segment – you get two-for-one! AAMHO Board Member Carol Judd and Cheri Horbacz (from Southwest Fair Housing Council), will teach the classes. A breakfast snack and a simple lunch will be provided.
The cost for training has increased slightly for 2026 and is now $195. Please register here and pay online or mail a check to AAMHO at 2753 East Broadway Rd., 101-433, Mesa, AZ 85204. Questions? Call Kath Noble at (206)380-5597. You will receive your certificate at the end of the meeting if your class is in-person and may request an additional certificate if you work in more than one park.
Future classes are planned on ZOOM on March 13, in Yuma on April 17 and in Tempe on May 14. The June 12 class will be held wherever there is a need. Let us know if you have a group of managers/office staff in your area who would like us to come to you! Minimum of 8.
