District 8 "LTA Lite Class" in Bullhead City

Do you live in the Western section of AAMHO District 8, in Bullhead City, Kingman or surrounding areas? if so, you are invited to attend an "LTA  Lite" class taught by your District 8 Director, Charlotte Perkins, at Longridge MH Park in Bullhead City from 10 to Noon on Saturday, Feb. 28th.  An "LTA" refers to the Arizona landlord-tenant laws that apply to manufactured/mobile/park model/RV homes in a land-lease community, where residents own the home but lease/rent the land. If you want to make sure your rights are protected, and to know what responsibilities both you and your park manager/owner has towards you, then knowing the laws that affect you is very important! 

Charlotte will do a short overview of the AZ LTAs that apply to MH parks and leave plenty of time for questions. This is a FREE class and you will receive a hard copy of the LTA that applies to your home. Feel free to bring guests but note how many you are bringing when you register. Encourage them to join AAMHO if they are able! $35/yr, $60/2 yrs.
