AAMHO ZOOM Class for April 2026 - LTA Lite Class

Please join other AAMHO members for a 1.5 hour class taught  on Wednesday, April 15, at 1 PM by District 8 Director, Charlotte Perkins from Cottonwood. This class will be  on the laws that affect us as residents in manufactured and mobile home parks, LTA Lite. (Residential MH Landlord Tenant Act)  More details to follow from Charlotte on how to prepare for this class, including email copies of the Department of Housing's 6-page LTA Summary and the Violation Process & Procedure packet.
