Please join us on ZOOM on Wednesday, May 20, at 1 PM for some input and discussion about how to get your park residents organized, either as an AAMHO Club and/or a Park Residents' Association! Whether you have 38 sites or 2000+ spaces in your park, you can get more positive things accomplished through organizing! Speakers will include your president, Kath Noble, who started out on the board as the AAMHO Rep from her park's residents' association (ROVA), several leaders of various types of groups in parks, and possibly even a guest appearance from a manager who appreciates working with residents as a group.
Get tips on how to set up these two types of organizations, the kind of leader that is needed, should you charge a fee (residents' organizations), the difference between an "Activities Committee" and a "Residents' Association", how to work to make your manager's job easier and residents happier, etc.
Registrants will get several reminders in the 2 weeks before the class with the ZOOM link to use on the 20th. If you need tech help learning how to use ZOOM, please email us at info@aamho.org (or ask your grandchild LOL!) See a lot of you on May 20th!
