AAMHO has resumed holding our Managers’ Certification Classes for Community Managers, Assistant Managers and office personnel who need certification either first time or renewing. The next class will be held in person at our old AAMHO office in Tempe on Thursday, May 14, 2026 from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The class will include both the AZ Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (LTA) and the Fair Housing segment – you get two-for-one! AAMHO Board Member Carol Judd and Cheri Horbacz (from Southwest Fair Housing Council), will teach the classes. A breakfast snack and a simple lunch will be provided.

The next class will be held on ZOOM June 12, 2026, at the same time, 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM, and at the same cost. Let us know if you have a group of managers/office staff in your area who would like us to come to you! The host park gets one free registrant! Minimum of 8 registrants.
