AAMHO has canceled our Managers’ Certification Classes for Thursday, May 14, 2026, due to too few registrations. We are so sorry to do this, but both our teachers live in Tucson and cannot drive over for such a small group. The next class will be held via ZOOM on Friday, June 12, 2026, from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM. The class will include both the AZ Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act (LTA) and the Fair Housing segment – you get two-for-one! AAMHO Board Member Carol Judd and Cheri Horbacz (from Southwest Fair Housing Council), will teach the classes.
The cost for training is $195. If you have already paid for the May class, your payment can be either refunded or used for any future AAMHO Manager Cert class, including the June ZOOM class on the 12th. Please register for the June class on this website and if you have not yet paid, pay online or mail a check to AAMHO at 2753 East Broadway Rd., 101-433, Mesa, AZ 85204. Questions? Let us know if you have a group of managers/office staff in your area who would like us to come to you! The host park gets one free registrant! Minimum of 8 registrants.
