Utility Issues in Sub-Metered Mobile Home Communities

Active members of AAMHO are invited to join in a discussion about the unique issues that park residents , especially those living in sub-metered manufactured/mobile/RV parks,  may experience in either delivery of services, aging or defective infrastructure or overcharging on bills. Some residents have suddenly gotten water bills for over $1000! (No, they did not have a leak...) If you make any utility payments directly to your park management, you are "sub-metered" for those utilities. Nearly all parks do some sub-metering, especially for water, sewer/septic and trash.
