Know Your Rights

AAMHO Answers Questions and Offers Free Classes on Arizona Laws for Manufactured, Park Model, and RV Homeowners.

AAMHO provides education on the Arizona laws governing Manufactured, Park model and RV Home Ownership and land rental as laid out in the Arizona Mobile Home Parks Residential Landlord and Tenant Act or the Arizona Recreational Vehicle Long-Term Rental Space Act. AAMHO’s eight District Directors answer specific questions about the laws and beginning this fall, will teach "Intro to the LTA" classes online and in person to park residents who want to know their rights. AAMHO also will offer Park Manager Certification classes in person and eventually online.

To register for a Park Manager Certification class, please email Carol Judd on the Leadership page

To request an LTA class for park residents to learn your rights and responsibilities under Arizona law, please contact your District Director on the Leadership page.

To ask a specific question about your rights under the law, contact your District Director here or email info@aamho.org.

We’re glad to offer our support.

Did you happen to miss attending an  AAMHO Listening Session this Fall in your district but still have something you want to say to/ask of AAMHO as we represent and support our members living in parks who lease the land? Here is your chance! Please register here with your email to receive an invitation to join us on Sunday afternoon, Dec. 14, at 1 PM via ZOOM. Yes, I know Sunday is NFL day, but hopefully you can record the game and watch it a bit later without commercials!

This free ZOOM event is open to AAMHO members only, not to guests. Sorry, our slots are limited even on ZOOM.

Please RSVP to receive an invitation and test your audio and video before the event. Hope to see you on Dec. 14th!
